Don't keep waiting for managers to contact you. There are hundreds of people on bench. Rather go to Accelerate and pick up gig work. This will give you good exposure and help.you connect with managers better

It's normal. It may take another 1-2 months for allocation and onboarding

I have been on bench for more than 3 months😑 connected with tons of managers but no use

Yes Depends upon technology But don't worry and when you get an allocation email ask someone how the project is then only give a good interview for that and join
