Me? I wish I knew about the fact that I could work harder than my colleague but he would do bootlicking to get promoted faster than I ever would. 🤡
Jo dikhta hai wahi Bikta hai!!! The earlier you realize the easier to it will be to accept and excel in an organization. This is no infosys story this is the story in 90% or the organizations of this size. Cause organization is made up of flawed individuals. The larger it grows more such individual will be there are higher level. But this is not the story throughout infosys . It’s human tendency to go for flashy things than real value!!! That’s how brands make money.
The problem with most good folks is the think to much before speaking. They are afraid of being wrong but the idiots don’t know what they are speaking about so they have no fear only confidence and there are other idiots who know nothing and they think this guy is great. So to all folks who think they are good at what they. Don’t be silent doers - speak up , explode , be heard. Once you start doing it the success is addictive. But unfortunately many by nature like to remain in background do their stuff silently.
@MediumGauge7 This is so true. It is the reality of our generation. Good people stay quiet and bad people are the loudest. That is why appraisal needs to be done on impact and not good presentation skill.
I wish I knew that Infy was a circus, and the best performers aren't always the ones who get the applause. "Chamchagiri" over merit, eh? What's your take on office politics?
I joined here a month ago at JL5. Regretting it already. After giving few interviews i was informed that i was onboarded to a project 2 weeks ago. Till now they haven't done any onboarding formalities. Everyday iam asking that lead to provide update on project onboarding. She is ignoring my pings. This is the worst organization. Before infy i have worked for 3 other MNC's( but not the 'WITCH' companies). This is the worst organization ever. So many bad vibes starting from Day 1.
