Trending @Infosys; Is there any policy for skill tag incentive?
Am jl4 and recently got promoted, but I didn't received the skill tag incentive, but it got roll out ystrday for other team members.
It's a hidden internal policy which always remains hidden and internal
Can anyone help me with getting cloud skill tags.
If you have a skill tag that is not relevant to your current project. Like if one gets 'Cloud Professional' but he doesn't work in that domain in the current project so will he be still eligible for Skill Tag Incentive?
For skill tag one should be tagged in the digital project as welland there is a tenure which u must complete in a digital project. Earlier we used to get incentives for all skill tags now they have removed some from the list like SdET.
Based on the skill tag and the level basic intermediate or expert they have put the amount
If i am are not in digital project. I will not get skill tag incentive?
Yeh , my friend and I got skill tag last quarter and and this week he got the incentive letter and he is at JL4 .
I'm JL5 and I am yet to get the incentive letter , this is my first time .
Not sure if there is delay in sending comm for JL 5 as JL4 emp already got it
