Trending @Infosys; Is there a CTC limit for Job Levels in Infy?
I have joined infy recently for around 17lakhs for JL4. But i have been told that this band receives around 22lakhs package as well?
What is your package or was or you expect is the range for JL4?
You are at the top .01% of the bracket if you are getting 16L at JL4. Either your JL is wrong or you are part Danske/ edgeverve or infosys consulting. Would love to you know which unit you are part of. Some JL6 start at 18-19 just to give you context
I believe i am in Infosys Consulting. My unit is ADM
Nope if you are part of ADM you are part of infosys. At 3.5 years of exp what you are getting in infosys. Not many can dream of. Are you a lateral or maybe you ah e joined some power programmer stream. Still the CTC is way higher than the rest: so tell about your experience and skill set. Wonder which is flagship project for infosys.
I have 5 plus of experience but the package is less than 8 lpa. So it is not as per experience too
No point in infy CTC.. u get half of variable
I am JL 5 with 8.5 6+ exp 🙃
Depend on years of experience do you have people with 2 years experience getting 8-9 lpa and some people with 5+ years of exp getting 18lpa
