Not necessarily. Could be many reasons - your manager has too many folks under him, he is on leave , or yes since it’s most difficult conversation to have he is keeping for the last or lastly Henie just waiting for system to auto push the rating

If that's true then 90% infy will get bad rating. Well, I won't be surprised if that happens lol.
