Yea mate 15LPA is too much against 6LPA+onsite. Ask TCS for atleast 14LPA+ONSITE (cuz they will settle for 13+onsite)

My opinion you should switch but if you really want an Onsite Get a written confirmation on the Onsite and tell them immediately start the visa process. Few visas may take many months to process. Make sure you get your visa as soon as possible. Many managers just feed you with false promises.
