Trending @Infosys; is Test Engineer to SSE possible through IJP?

Hi, I am working as test engineer. I'm not that much interested in testing. I don't want to take my career forward as Test Engineer. Can I able to do transition from Test Engineer to Senior systems Engineer through IJP. is it possible to do transition without clearing Bridge programs.
