Hey , I received NI rating for no reason apparently. I worked in that project for 2 months. Anyways my unit got recently changed. Can you someone pls explain briefly what happens now. Is PIP necessary?? Like is there any other way to avoid PIP?

I got UP rating, is that is same as NI or infosys will fire me?

No, i think UP is kind of direct layoff whereas NI means you have to go through PI

Yes, this time in case u get NI rating then ur appraiser has to initiate PIP aa per instructions from reviewer.
