Trending @Infosys; Is onsite and hike opportunity worth it?
My manager is offering to initiate the Canada visa with a hike as a retention plan, but what are the chances of getting mapped to any project in Canada as he mentioned that they can only send us once we’re mapped to a project there. Is there anyone with a canada visa who knows?

Getting onsite as counter offer wont guarantee that you will get to go onsite
Low salary in Canada. Even after you get the visa, there is no guarantee that you will be relocated. Relocation depends on a lot of things, onsite requirement raised by client, being one of them
I know multiple people, where work visas got expired but the employees never got the relocations.
