Trending @Infosys; Is 'Met Expectations' rating good or bad.
I just joined Infosys and was on the bench for 1 month. After that I got into the Apple project. But I got the rating - met expectations because of the bench period I think so. Now in my current project I am doing good. Got appreciation from clients as well as from the manager and team mates for the contributions.
So, I think in this quarter my rating will increase.
Met expectations is not a bad rating. It the average rating which 65-70% of infosys gets. 20% -25 get commendable. 5% exceptional and 5% NEed improvement or below. ( the latter 2 are bad ratings). Just because you are in project doesn’t mean you will get commendable
