Trending @Infosys; is it true that many people in Infosys had no increment in salary for last 2 years?
IDK about hikes, but we have been receiving health problems like hair loss, loss of eye sight, stress, headaches, anxiety etc
Increment is the big deal. They stop confirmation of many eligible employees. Managers are making the environment like if you are not working according to them you will be punished. Infosys promises a fake work culture. The average working hour in Infosys is 12-14 hours a day. HR and management is fake as they promise a lot.

Not all who joined in last 2 years have received an hike. Partly due to fact that they were laterals and got a decent hike when they joined. But some folks with good rating in this group have got upto 20% hike. Rest folks who were with infosys before the cut off date (2-3 years) which varies for each role got around 6-12% hike.

Yes very true. They hire you at a junior position. Someone with 8 years of experience gets hired as a marketing analyst, with very less pay. No increment no progression. It's pathetic.
