Trending @Infosys; Is it true that JL3 are getting 7 to 8lpa?

I have a ctc of 4.2 lpa.. 29k in hand. Am I really low at salary?

It depends at what role you are joining . Infosys does offer 7-8lpa to laterals joining as senior system enginner. Also if you are joining as a fresher on roles like DSE/PP/Associate_consultant they offer in this range
