Trending @Infosys; Is it true Infosys laying off all bench peoples who are having rating NI ??
This is not called layoff. This is called workforce management. Layoff would be when a commendable or met expectations rated resource who comes in bench is terminated. In infosys layoff are minimal. Even NI resources would go in namesake PIP get cleared and rejoin. But this time they have a target in mind. If you are NI and currently on bench then better to take 4 months options rather than PIp

The one commendable person who posted here was on bench/training for nearly a year at 3 years experience. That would be rarest or rare case. But 95% impacted folks would be NI rated . No process can be perfect. Not defending anyone. But when you start running an organization tough decisions will be taken from time to time. I have worked with clients where during cost cutting the best people/highes paid people are laid off no reason given. Just that we no longer have budget for you. The same person joins back after a year once funding is there . Here in India atleast I’m service org like infy we haven’t reached that stage

Aa jaega jab koi ofc me support karne k liye nhi rahega..... It is one of the toughest decision of my life ....but kya karein....laat khane se better khud se nikal jana...but am sure pip walon ko terminate kare ge at any cost ..
