I joined Infosys at 2022 as associate consultant
Never received any hikes and I got a role change to senior associate consultant ( No compensation )

Really frustrated with this and dropped papers,finally got an offer for 130% ( serving notice period )

Infosys has given selective hikes, but many employees haven't seen increases in the last 2-3 years. The CEO's hike did cause some frustration.

50% of the people got hike in December 23
