It depends person to person. if your goals are meeting then all fine, if not then you can always look for opportunity for growth / learn . It’s never too late ..If you feel it’s time to switch to learning something new or want to earn more .. then go head .. never stop learning and don’t adapt to your comfort zone ..😊
