Trending @Infosys; Is it right time to swich?

People are saying Market condition is not good right now because of Microsoft' layout.. Is it true.. I have 7 years of experience.. till now I didn't work on good project(no learning).but last month I got assigned to new project which is good for learning.. I got confused..should I switch or should I invest my time in learning and getting actual project experience??

Please suggest.. and when is a correct time for switching the company..
