Hi all , is it wise to resign w/o any offer for getting retention bonus , I have got outstanding rating but not getting interview call to get an offer and I have good dependency in the project as well

Always remember..every person in corporate world can be replaceable irrespective of talent, designation. As per my knowledge , your pm has to propose retention and DM has to agree it. If DM doesn’t agree, it doesn’t matter how much project depending on you .

Yeah, true , but my main question was do they ask for offer letter if they think about retaining

You can try as you can always revoke your Esep. Resign be professional in what you need from you manager. Ensure there is no slag in your work. Keep interviewing outside . If nothing works out pull back your resignation in last two weeks
