Hi fishes I have a good offer in hand from Accenture I wanted to know is it a good time to switch over in this time where everyday we are hearing new of layoffs.

Obviously if you have offer then can switch...they are not hiring you just to list down in their layoffs count..

Can’t be enforced / too expensive to enforce for junior / mid senior roles. Senior leadership themselves are CXOs in competitor’s companies currently.
