Trending @Infosys; Is it good salary
Hi all I have 3.6 yr working experience in java spring boot microservices azure services for production support, development,SRE FE as well please suggest 10.75LPA In infosys is it good salary?
That can't be true. I am here 6 years, still don't have this package
Why not true? Just because you didn't get enough hike these years. Open your eyes and see the people.around you. 2-3 years experience guys are earning 8-9 lpa , provided they have good skills. I myself started my journey @3.6 lpa 3 years back and left Infy last week @13.2 lpa( specialist bridge 9.6+ retention hikes last year). In short, if you stay in a company for 6 years, without getting enough raise, then what are waiting for buddy, upskill yourself and test yourself with outside market.
When I joined with 2.5 yr i had 13.5 LPA
