Trending @Infosys; Is Infosys the worst service based company?

Before some of you guys start abusing me. Let me give the reasons.

1. No job stability - Giving PIP and terminating employees. Some of these PIP I know are not because of performance but because of politics. Earlier at least Infosys had the reputation of job stability but now even that is gone.

2. No hikes at all - last year they did not give hike to 80% of employees by applying n number of conditions. This year in quarterly results, after their commentary looks like no hike at least in April.

3. lower single digit hike - When they decide to give hike. Let's say once in 3 years it will be most probably 5-8 % which can't even beat inflation.

Compare this to TCS and Accenture. TCS has a good job stability and Accenture has way better hikes as compared to Infosys.

So Why for any reason if anyone has option will they join this 70 hours per week Narayana Murthy company?
