Trending @Infosys; Is BuyOut option is there in infy

Any company which has notice period should automatically have buy out as well. But in infy they will make you go round and round to exercise that option. Am sure if you send them a legal notice you will be able to exercise that option. But no one goes to that extent. If infy starts letting people go like there would be a big que of people leaving. Most folks don’t get calls because of this 3 month notice period
