Trending @Infosys; Is AVP , VP and DM manager will generally reply
Hello everyone
Right now I am facing medical issues and discussing early release as well , but both manager and DM are not replying properly and even acknowledging properly.
If we escalate this to the VP , AVP and DM manager will they reply ? Also i have tried to reach out to HR but she also doesn't even see as she is occupied a lot .
Please suggest the same .

I am assuming #1, have a medical certificate ready and take loss of pay and stay at home. This might also lead to early release But if #2, then it’s completely on Infosys management, they are not obligated to help you out , because that’s policy

Since you are in notice period most of them will ignore you cuz 99% people bug them for early release for no good reason.
Best way to talk to them is directly walking into HR’s desk.
