Trending @Infosys; Is Approver 1 and Approver 2 request auto approved in e-separation

Hello everyone

Want to discuss my end date is 30 October but still my manager is not approving, what will happen if she don't approve will it auto approved on LWD ?

I have tried to reach her but she is not replying at all .
