Promotion letters are released in each quarter and different units release promotion letter different time.So Ideally promotion letter will be released entire year.

This was already known…Any how thanks for your reply… For you clarification I was asking promotion letters of the current quarter, ideally we in our unit would get it at the last weak but this time many of them got it in the mid week, that’s why I was asking.
