Don’t base your decision just in that. Is your spouse in IT. Then she can also work there. If you get PR you can switch companies and make 50-60% more for Same work. There might be contracting companies who may be willing to sponsor your work visa .

Nope 👎 big time . You will struggle Id you take your spouse as well. As a bachelor still doable. Toronto is expensive
