You'll get more if your annual is 80k, if you have H1 I would suggest go to the US and switch job

I believe, this is your monthly overseas allowance and not the gross amount. Gross amount could be different

How did you come to this number cause minimum infy pays on paper is 72-74k$ per year. After tax and insurance it should be still 4K per month. This amount is enough depending on the city your are in and whether you are bachelor or family.
