Is it possible to exclude ourselves from the interview panelist list if identified? If yes, what's the procedure? When I approached a manager that I cannot support because I have never done it before and I wouldn't even know what to do, the manager said that they expect the selected panelists to support the recruitment drive, you have to learn it and do it!

I aslo need a suggestion if it is a good thing to support the recruitment drive as a panelist?
