Is there anything in Infosys like Internal Job Apply. I am DSE with 3 years of experience, still no promotion. My manager said that it's not in their hand to grant me exception in anything. If I was in a general role like consultant or something like that, they'll provide me assistance for the promotion. But DSE track is not in their hand. What should I do now?? Means I am stucked here like hell!!
Infosys is not a service based company, rather I believe Infosys is just like a blood sucking leach, and will drain you out mentally, physically and emotionally. Oops my bad even leach will leave you once they feel they are full, I should not have disrespected them. Infosys always acts like PIMP, between talents and client demands. And then they have everything to justify like IWOL, C-LIFE, diversity and inclusion, etc. We all know what C means in c-life 😂😂😂
