No ESPPs but if you’re here 5 years and are a top performer, you get ESOPs but that’s not worth staying. ESOPs grant is for ~10-12% of CTC and comes with the standard vesting schedule. You’ll get much more if you just switch 🤷🏽

I don't think there are things like these, you can buy normally just like other stocks from demat account
