Welcome to corporate life. Hard work isn't always enough; playing the game is crucial. Venting won't help; strategize your next move.
But in infosys, they just ignore whatever you communicate and feel. Cut off amounts from your salary for their internal trust and give you hike with the same amount which they cutoff for the trust and then give you a candy of promotion when you put separation😒😒
At this point i think my manager wants meri pooja karo bas i will give promotion in prasad or else I don't care
This is not about Infosys only. You are at the start of your career. In almost all the companies you will find this type of manager. Just a tip- try to showcase yourself as much as you can in front of everyone, at the end of the day it's all just a marketing game. Be brutal, be open for communication.
