After hearing lots of buzz from other compaines regarding tracking of employee activities. Can someone from higher level let us know what kind of tracking Manager / HR level people have of employees? Can they track number of active hours on screen, team calls, email, one drive files etc? What to do and what to avoid?
While they have all the software’s in the world tracking exactly what you are up to. Are they using the data collected is the question. At the moment looks like. But day they want to screw you the no can become a yes
I am aware of an amazing project where the screen-time and key strokes are being tracked by both Infosys and Client by installing a software for the same and report is generated on real time basis! God save where this company and these toxic clients are going!

Nothing other than attendance records as of now company wide. Just heard about micro tracking using software in some satanic project here on grapevine only.
Yes. InfyMeDeskTop app tracks all your VDI hours and browser time, break time, etc. though it's an exclusive software when manager will ask to raise a request to install it compulsory.
