Trending @Infosys; Infosys TL (JL5) to PM (JL6) progress, how much increment we can expect?

First of congratulations, getting L5 to L6 it self is a milestone!!. On hike, It purely depends on your manager. But normally you can expect around 15-20%. Note that once become JL6 , your variable pay also increases by 5%. So , though you ctc will be higher, in hand salary cannot see much difference!!.
