Hello all today I got mail. As a part of bench enablement and reskill initiative,you have been identified to undergo trainings and certifications corresponding to lex work profiles mapped to you. What does this mean…we have to complete traings on lex or what? Or like daily call will be there where we will be given one senior who like will evaluate us or whay?

What is talent ascend and who receives this mail i mean who have bad performance or simply it’s a generic mail
