Richard Lobo Ravi Kumar Mohit Joshi K Gopikrishnan Kapil Jain Richard Lobo Nilanjan Roy & now Hemanta Lamba. Post 2022, many senior level people have left infy. What's your take on this? Will their exit affect the future of Infy?
Corporate sector is not like government jobs where people will work till 60's. Here everyone is temporary and switches for money and growth.
Agree . But does this indicate any thing bad happening internally in the company ?
Might be, because these folks had their eyes and ears on things that we are not aware of within the company. Sensing the possible risk of it, they made their move soon enough so that they don't get impacted.
Yeah I know about only one person from this list- Richard Lobo Chief HR was there when I joined as lateral in 2022.I am curious how did you manage to keep a track of these senior folks navigating their next

They have all gone to a senior role than the were playing in infosys. They must have felt in infy time is running out for them to become CEO. The biggest two losses for us are second and third on your list. But you see they have gone and become CEO of our size able competitors. Which also tells you have good system to produce great leaders. But everyone’s ambition cannot be accommodated . It’s nothing to do with how the company is doing today.
May be they promised their subordinate to promote and left themself :)
