Infosys Ceo gets a salary hike of 17.3%. The salary goes to 66.2 Crs per annum. Still no increase in the salary of hard working employees from last 2 years. Completely disappointed working in Infosys. One of the worst organisations to be in. Not sure what the company is looking for, probably I guess they should also ask the ceo to work on my behalf.

Work hard as ur doing now and for the upcoming years then next year CEO will get 50% hike 😂😂

Yes infy has not given hike for consecutive years for those who joined in covid 2020/21 because they have given joining bonus during that time. Now if you want hike no other option just go for switch.
