I have joined Infosys in 2021 as a fresher, currently I'm in SSE position and have received outstanding ratings for the cycle Oct23 - sept 24. What's the salary hike that can be expected? Currently it's 31500 per month.

I joined in Infosys September 2021 Got ECR hike in October 2023 and SSE Promotion in January 2024 Still waiting no hike or Promotion
