Trending @Infosys; Infosys retention period

Hi everyone,

I am currently at the end of serving notice period and my manager and HR has already approved my separation after having a discussion but now I do not have any offers in hand, also I don't see any offers coming soon matching to my profile and skill set I don't see much openings.

I'm stuck in a difficult situation and not sure what to do. Is it possible I can retain in Infosys. If yes please tell me what I can do and how to do? But also I don't want to go back to the same project. 😞, can I ask the HR for a different project?

Why did you resign without any offer in hand?

No work satisfaction (hardly any work) micro-management, I don't feel like I'm learning anything which could help in my career, also less compensation (3.6 lpa for 3.5 years work exp)

You can withdraw but there is no guarantee you will not land in same project unless you have already been released from the same project.

Yes I can see

Then I guess you can withdraw it, if you want to stay. But check with the manager , convey the reason and Hope for the best

If you withdraw your resig, you may have to work on same proj or else they'll put you on bench pool.
& if you exist infy, be prepared for the next stuff

What is happening 3.5 lpa in 3 years is not bad. Try to switch rather than putting down paper blindly and if in 3 months you are not getting offers or interviews may be u need to learn more( do not take my words in a bad way). I myself was in the same position. Pull back the paper ait for few more months get a offer on hand and then put down the paper
