Trending @Infosys; Infosys Resignation Withdrawal Process?
Hey everyone,
I wanted to check if anyone here has recently withdrawn their resignation at Infosys. I have already served two months of my notice period and was wondering:
Until what date/time can a resignation be withdrawn?
What happens after withdrawal- does it affect future resignations (like any minimum service period before resigning again)?
Are there any terms and conditions to be aware of?
Would really appreciate insights from anyone who’s been through this recently.

Bhai if you have already made a decision why to fall back. Besides what I have heard is, you can definitely withdraw your papers before LWD but then it completely depends on your manager and DM and will also conduct an interview to understand your decision. Chances are very thin of successful withdrawal, because by this time your replacement must be already there
Multiple questions:
- Currently on bench or project? If on project, any recent on- boarding happend to replace you?
- Has manger discussion happened?
- Has nanager approved your e-sep in portal? If yes, please look for opportunities outside
Due to some family concerns & my health issues i want to continue with infosys for stability. And also i have not got any other offers yet so i was just wondering.
You can withdraw the resignation at the last day as well. Nothing happens everything is business as usual but better if you talk to the manager and get some retention hike instead of just withdrawing the resignation.
