The policy is for 1 year. If you leave within one year you can't join back. You can cross verify in e- separation. When you go to that portal it will show there something like you can join back bcz of so and so reason. If there is nothing like that in separation portal then you are safe. Anyway why join Infosys back. It's not worth it.
