Hi everyone, I have been on the bench here in infy for 3 months, talks are going that my manager will put me into pip in a week. Due to some family & health issues I thought of resigning here and search for opportunities outside. Below are my two qns.
1.If I submit resignation during pip, do I need to serve the 90 days notice or it is negotiable. Also will I get the salary amount for the shortfall days if I resign early, which I badly needed at this time
- Similarly what happens to the notice period and shortfall amount if I resign before being assigned to pip. Please guide me 🙏. I am in complete chaos
If I resign during the pip, will it get mentioned in the relieving letter?
Put paper after getting into pip no worries nothing will mention on experience letter + you will get 3-4 months salary.. as talk with experienced personal or talk with HR regarding salary
You are saying if we accept PIP and then during PIP if we resign….they will give us 3-4 months salary? But this option is only when you accept to resign instead of accepting PIP, then only they will pay you 4 months salary ri8?
If you have anyways decided to resign. Wait for PIp discussion. Choose the 4 months salary with immediate resignation option. Gives you 4 month buffer and an immediate joining date for your new company.
