Yes 5 months without variable pay. It’s a good deal and people should take it and find another job. Being an immediate joiner they should easily get jobs.

Even i got NI rating and letter in e docket for same but manager didn’t asked me for PIP. Also i was told that i was new to project and before that i was o. Bench
Ps- bench because i gave ACON went through training and after that i was in bench because of it ( as almost every from ACON bridge)
