Hi folks I have requested my BPHR for RTO exception as my right thumb got fractured and am continuing with physiotherapy. Now HR has asked me to verify all the docs with one portal namely Aphelion Portal. Could you pls tell me about this portal and process.

You just need to upload the medical documents in that portal and Dr will verify those within a week. Ask that hr for the link of that portal
