Recently, a leaked Infosys hike eligibility slide mentioned that JL3 employees who have completed two years by January 1, 2024, are eligible for a salary hike. Is this information accurate?
I have completed two years of experience in June 2024. Does this mean I am not eligible for the hike? However, I received an "Outstanding" rating in my recent performance review. Will this provide me with any benefits?

Maybe next year if there is a hike but try to switch. Please don't place hope in infy.
