Hi guys I have got outstanding rating consecutively 2 years now I will be getting a role change soon from JL 3A to JL4b and I'm also a member of platinum club I have few questions as below:

1.How much hike can I expect when I get role change ? Few others who got met expectation rating last year got hike of around 18 percent . 2. What are the benefits of platinum club? 3. Will role change hike percentage depend on the rating we received in last year ?
