I am currently working on infosys and I clear interview of third party. Third party company was hired for infosys. In that situation offer letter will release or not?

Not very clear. Are you trying to join a vendor who is suppliying manpower to infosys for the same project you are currently in? Then it won’t work. Or you mean a product company whose product infosys is implementing and you got offer from them. This would work.
