Don't com to infy at this salary. PM in infy don't get good yearly increments and sometimes not even 2 percent. Better to switch in some product based company. In any case I feel TCS job is more secure these days than infosys. Your friend will be expected to work on Infosys systems right from day one and no body will reach him how to do it. A PM in infy cannot succeed without knowing the Infosys systems and worst part is that no training is provided for the same by anybody and it is all self learning which takes lot of time. PM job in infosys is just working on Infosys systems.

Ask 24fix and variable on top of it then it would be nearly 26.5 around then maybe you can think below don’t come in hand salary is very bad and work is more and more chance you will not het hike for next 2 to 3 year as well .. so better get more this time if possible else don’t come

I think he will get less salary in hand per month as compared to TCS if the variable pay was less in TCS. His fixed salary would be 19.2 L, then consider PF (Both contribution) and Tax deduction. It would be more clear if the breakup of salary is mentioned here especially the TCS one.
