What the hell is wrong with Infy it’s been almost 4years since last hike as per my seniors and this time they are saying no hikes till next year and this retard Murthy expects us to work 70hrs.
Need to have some patience bro. It’s very difficult to go back on a public announcement made to media. I am still hopeful for hike applicable form Jan 1. Letters as usual will be by mid Jan/Feb

Infy will face attrition rate at very high if not release hike letters on Jan month....they are testing our patience level
Had read article, According to them, Partial hikes are covered in January 2025 and rest will rolled out in April mid.
Q4 of FY 25 means Jan to March this yeat. I think post Q4 result,based on it's earning and marker condition hikes will be rolled out.
I call for general strike
The only way is switching. No other option.
