Hikes de rhe hai ya bheekh 1.5-2k for JL3-4 who joined freshers and that too in 3years. Ffs rent itself increases 10% every year.

Did they set any eligibility criteria.. That part is not clear yet.

The pay hike is for the appraisal period from September 2022 to October 2023, for which eligible employees received their rating letters in December 2023. Unlike previous years, where hike letters were disbursed in June for July effective hikes, the timeline was adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances in 2024.

I got selected for promotional ijp in September 2024 effective from July 2024. Am i eligible for hike?
