Trending @Infosys; Infosys Hike?
When does Infosys announce hikes? Will we get a hike this year as per normal process or will they push to Nov?
Hikes were effective April, announced June, reflected in June pay.
Last year they silently ignored the fact that they delayed the hike and told everyone that it was company policy and sometimes they’ve given hike twice in a year (maybe in the 90s).
This year is up to God, if there is one.
@r10a thank you. I just wanted to know bout this. Last year they postponed. I hope this year they will give it on time. Any idea what percentages normally are if we talk about an Average figure. There were some losses they declared in Q3 about mcMish, hope it will not effect much.😉
We have to wait till this quarterly results meeting I guess it's on 18th july, but don't keep big hopes. Every time they are saying we have given in Nov and we haven't decided on the next
i dont think hikes will be given in april
