I am fed up of the hike because even my friend who is one of the most hard working people I know and outperformer, got 12%
For myself, I always knw the time is bad, and got what I expected. The tough thing is seeing more deserving people than me not get good enough hikes
Anwyway. I want to give a shoutout to all the amazing colleagues who are contributing here and sharing honestly about their experience with hikes.
Let's please tell more colleagues about this community because it is clear today, together we are stronger 💪🏻

So 12% is bad for u guys when company wide average is 5 to 8 % wake up and come up to reality if u want good hikes go to some other start ups or product based companies where u will get more don’t sit and crib here inflation is 6% and u have got double

Yeah for people like you who are getting 18+ lpa , it's way too good but for people who joined as fresher and have been here for over 3+ yrs , it is less. They merely get an addition of 1-2k max while lateral consultants getting 10-12k hikes for doing the same work than guy who joined as fresher and progressed to consultant

5% hike i got. Cybersec unit.
But overall i got promoted to TA JL4 and revised salary earlier was 4.16lpa to 6.5lpa. And now after hike it is 6.83. But i was told by manager that i will get around 10-15% still got 5-6%. Is it fine? Like we consider overall i got 64% increase in salary from jan.

Instead of playing victim card , look at the salaries tab in grapevine app and look at the salary bracket. If your salary already at high then chances are you will get less hike. This time infosys has focused on salary correction based on salaries.

12% is way better compared to single digit.
